Guess what?! Pete’s band just released their latest album Sinkhole and it’s getting rave reviews! Issue #105 of Flipside magazine gave it an amazing review. You can get your hands on this awesome album at Triple X Records in L.A. And guess what else? They even have a website at www.triple-x.com!
But wait, there’s more! The members of Fifi’s band used to be in local unknown bands, except for Steve Dro, who actually played guitar for the Angry Samoans. How cool is that?
Pete himself says that they’re in their thirties and they’re playing the music they grew up with, giving it a good kick in the ass. They even went on tour in January and February with Welt and Billyclub.
Now, here’s the juicy gossip. The vocalist, Gordon, left the band in late 1997, but don’t worry, Pete says they haven’t broken up. So, who knows what exciting things are in store for them? Stay tuned for more updates, hopefully coming in March 1998!
